“Madhurima, it has been wonderful to work with you the last couple months. As a new team member in the Maximo space, it can be very hard to get started because there is so much to learn. There are also many different team dynamics to get used to. Despite these challenges, you never hesitated to try to figure out the best way forward.
Your dedication and hard work are impressive, and once we were able to establish a focus and direction for the APM dashboard project, you were relentlessly committed to iterating towards a clear concept design. That design accelerated the team dramatically. You sought out feedback frequently and applied the (sometimes confusing) input to improve the designs every single day.
You were never afraid to ask questions, and they were excellent question: always smart and often challenging. Your designs were shared in the APM workshop and they helped to expose some inconsistent assumptions across the broader PM and Dev team, which led to extremely valuable discussions and decisions.
